Nelson Eduardo Pereira
Managing Partner and Global CEO
Nelson Eduardo Pereira is the founding partner of NeoTrust Services and currently serves as its global CEO. Nelson founded NEO Consulting firstly in Brazil back in 2017 after having contributed to renowned institutions including Citi, SWIFT, HSBC and Mercer Consulting, where he advised institutional and private clients on the front of cross border securities services and capital markets regulation. By founding NeoTrust Services, Nelson put into action his vision of a global open-custody platform centered on the needs of investors and delivering a truly digital-individualized experience.
Nelson is also an active advocate on the institutional front consistently participating on the Brazilian Securities Commission working groups and as speaker on major international investment forums.
Monica Singer
Board Member
Monica was the first CEO of South Africa’s Central Securities Depository (CSD), Strate (Pty) Ltd which she set up in 1998 until she resigned in August 2017. In October 2017, Monica was appointed as South Africa Lead for ConsenSys, being the biggest blockchain company in the world.
Monica currently also participates as:
Board member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA)
Professor of Practice in the School of Accounting in the University of Johannesburg specialising in blockchain for the accounting and auditing profession.
Board member of the Accounting Blockchain Coalition (ABC) which is defining market practices for accounting, auditing and taxes of crypto assets.
Monica has been on various board over the years and has been recognised over the last 20 years with many awards, the most notable being the first winner of the Conscious Company award in South Africa in 2017.
Fabio Regis
Board Member
Fabio Regis has over 14 years of experience in investment management, having worked for large European banks such as Banco Santander and BNP Paribas. He also worked for more than 4 years as an advisor at the Ministry of Finance of Luxembourg. He is currently Head of Business Development & Sales at Bank of China Europe.

NeoTrust Omnibus Holder
cost-efficient structure
1. Omnibus Account Holder is a legal entity established in Luxembourg.
2.The Master Legal Representation Agreement is be signed between the Omnibus Holder and the Legal Representative in Brazil (LR).
3. Omnibus Holder and LR performs KYC of the investors known as passengers.
4. Passagens have their investments in segregated safekeeping accounts at the custodian and depository in Brazil.
5. Each investor completes an Investor Form (PAF), adhering to the Legal Representation Agreement and Custody Agreement.
6. NeoTrust takes all the onboarding steps with the Legal Representative and Custodian in Brazil.
7. Instruction flow and reports are transmitted directly to/from local custodian in Brazil.
